Pre-Primary Classes (Play Group, Nursery & Prep)

Registration

Registration is the first step in the admission process. A prospectus is provided at the time of registration, containing detailed information about the school’s academic system and policies.

Age Eligibility (as on 31st March 2026)

• Play Group: 3+ years

• Nursery: 4+ years

• Prep: 5+ years

Admission Process

• Admission to Play Group, Nursery and Prep will be based on an informal interaction with the parents and the child.

• The date and time of interaction will be communicated telephonically.

• Selected candidates will be informed over the phone/mail.

• Upon confirmation, parents must deposit the admission fee within two days. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the admission.

Documents Required at the Time of Registration (Pre-Primary)

• Self-attested photocopy of the Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation / Competent Authority * ⁠Original certificate will also be required for verification purpose which shall be returned after verification

• Photocopy of Proof of Residence

• Two passport-size photographs of the child

Classes I – IX & XI

Registration

Registration is mandatory for all applicants. The prospectus provided at registration contains complete details of the school system.

Admission Criteria

• Admission to Class I to IX is granted based on performance in an Admission Test.

• The date, time, and syllabus for the admission test can be obtained from the School Office at the time of registration.

• The Admission Test result will be displayed at the School Office within two days of the test.

* For admission to Class XI, the Class X mark sheet must be submitted (Pre-Board marks may be submitted until the Board result is declared).⁠

Documents Required at the Time of Admission

• Duly filled admission form

• Two passport-size photographs

• Attested photocopy of the Birth Certificate

• Original Birth Certificate for verification

• Report Card of the previous class (attested)

• Transfer Certificate (TC) – original, to be submitted within one month of admission

• Character Certificate (for Class VII and above)

• Caste Certificate (SC / ST / OBC / EWS), if applicable

• Copy of Aadhaar Card of the student and parents

• CWSN (Children With Special Needs): If applicable, a valid medical certificate specifying the nature of special needs must be enclosed.

* ⁠Physical Disability : If applicable, a relevant disability certificate issued by a competent medical or government authority should be submitted.
